Sofia Blanc de Blancs 2007 - Sparkling Wine - $15
David: A nice sparkling wine with peach and melon flavors from Monterey. Only slightly sweet. Enjoyed on Christmas day, 2009. Score: 3.7/5
Jessica: Floral and vanilla tones. A happy simple bubbly. Score: 4/5
5 - Spectacular! Definitely will buy again. 4 - Excellent but not a 5. Would buy again. 3 - Good but not particularly memorable. Might buy again but would look for better wines. 2 - Not particularly interesting. Typical cheap grocery store wine. Palatable but not good. Would not buy again. 1 - Yuck. Is this spoiled or is it supposed to taste that way? Definitely would not buy again.
